Can I please get my refund for this experience ????, because I went there and the cape wheel is not functional, and please put it down ,so nobody will pay for it again atleast for now ...I enjoy every other bookings with you guys except that I had to waste my transportation fee to the wheel cape only to find out that it has not been functioning for a while now....please kindly do a refund as soon as possible thanks

Incompetence its best. The wheel was not at the V&A Waterfront. We were not notified prior and given the chance to change arrangements or get a refund.

I booked and paid the activity only to arrive and find that the activity no longer exists. It was quite a let down as this was part of a birthday excursion that we planned fof one traveler. I emailed Viator and no one has responded since. Very disappointing.
